What files do you deliver for photos and infographics?

Standard photo and infographic files are delivered as:
 
  • Dimensions: 2000 x 2000 pixels
  • Format: .jpeg @ 100% quality
  • Colorspace: sRGB
For no additional cost, we can deliver files of different dimensions or .pngs instead of .jpgs.
 
Layered tifs, transparent backgrounds, and other material changes in the deliverable incur additional costs as listed on our PRICING page.
 
 

What files do you deliver for video?

Standard video files are delivered as 30fps, 1080p .mov.
 
 

Are the photos ready for Amazon?

Yes. Our standard deliverables are compliant with Amazon’s current image specifications.
 
 

Do you do transparent backgrounds?

Yes, for a small additional fee. Please request transparent backgrounds when placing your order.
 
 

Do you do layerd .tifs?

Yes, for a small additional fee. Please request layered tifs when placing your order.
 
 

What dimensions are the files you deliver?

Dimension for standard delivered files are:

How does this work?

Our process is super simple!
 
  1. Fill out the online ORDER FORM or CONTACT US page. This lets us know you’re out there and that your product is on its way.

  1. We receive your products and make sure they’re in great shape
  2. We create your photo and video content.
  3. We e-mail a gallery link so you can review images.
  4. Once approved, your files are unlocked for download.
  5. We ship your products back

 

 

How do you know what to shoot?

You can use our online ORDER FORM to tell us what to shoot, or we can have a conversation about it during the manual onboarding process.
 
 

How long does it take?

Our standard turnaround is about 2 weeks (10 business days). Five-day, three-day, and front of queue rush are available for an additional fee.
 
 

What if I want revisions?

Show us the target, and we’ll hit it. If we mess up, or don’t hit the target revisions are on us. If you change the target (i.e. the shot list, video content needs, etc), then revisions and re-shoots are on you.
 
 

Do I get my products back?

Yes! We cover return shipping on most products.
If you don’t want them back, just let us know. We can donate or dispose them for you.

How much does it cost?

Amazon package pricing is found on our AMAZON page.
 
 

Do you have any packages?

We offer standard packages for Amazon sellers. See our AMAZON page for more information.
 
 

Do you run deals?

On rare occasions, we’ll offer discounts to first-time customers, or members of our e-mail list. We are always happy to negotiate price with high-volume customers.
 
 

When do I pay?

Fifty percent is due prior to starting work. The other fifty percent is due prior to final delivery.
 
 

How do I pay?

You will receive an invoice soon after signing our work agreement.

Who pays for shipping?

We are happy to cover shipping both ways for most products. Let us know if you need a pre-paid ship-to label.
 
 

Who pays for return shipping?

We recover return shipping for most products.
 
 

Do I need to do anything special when packing my products?

The quality of the photographs of your product is limited by the quality of your products when they arrive. Generally, standard packaging is adequate. If, however, you have a uniquely fragile product, we recommend taking extra care when packing it.
 
 

What happens if the product is damaged in shipping?

We examine all products as soon as they get to the studio. We will let you know if the product is damaged upon receipt. Sometimes we can shoot the damaged product, sometimes we will need another unit.

How will I know when my photos and videos clips are ready?

We will send you a link to a proofing gallery as soon as your photos and video clips are ready for review.
 
 

Are you real people?

YES! Our entire team is located in and around Denver, Colorado. We love working together and working with businesses from throughout the USA, just like yours.
 
 

Do you work in the USA?

YES! Our studio is located in Lakewood, Colorado. We’re right up against the foothills. When not creating amazing product photography, you’ll find us hiking, running, biking, and skiing.

What we shoot – most things

We work with most products. Products must meet the following requirements to be shot in our studio (and most do):
 
  • Must be legal to sell in the US.
  • Must be legal to ship in the US.
  • Must weigh less than 65 lbs. 
  • Must be less than seven feet on the longest side. NOTE let us know before you ship a product larger than four feet in any one dimension.
  • Must not require any special training for handling (i.e. no hazardous materials, etc).
 
We do shoot larger, heavier, more dangerous products. Those products, however must be photographed at your place of business or a location that you provide. You will need to provide appropriate health and safety protection for working with such products.
 
 

What we do not shoot – a few things

We do not shoot products in the studio that:
 
  • Are illegal to sell in the US.
  • Are illegal to ship in the US.
  • Weigh more than 65 lbs
  • Are more than seven feet on the longest side.
